Built for UK job applications

Long UK job applications, filled in for you.

NHS Jobs, Trac, Civil Service Jobs and Workday want your whole history on every form. CVCircuit fills it in from your Career Bank — every job, your GCSEs and A-levels, right to work, references — and you check it and press submit.

CVCircuit works in Chrome on a laptop or desktop.

It reads whatever form is on the page, so it works on many employers' own careers sites too.

The questions UK forms always ask, answered from one place

Fill in your Career Bank once. Every form after that gets the same accurate answers, put into that form's own boxes, whichever way it asks.

Your full work history

Every job with its dates, duties and employer details, repeated across as many sections as the form wants.

GCSEs, A-levels and degrees

Entered subject by subject into qualification tables, with grades and dates, the way UK forms lay them out.

Right to work and sponsorship

Answered the same way on every form, from what you set in your Career Bank, so a rushed tick box never contradicts your situation.

Equality monitoring

Answered only from what you've chosen to share. Otherwise it picks "Prefer not to say" or leaves the question for you.

References

Names, contact details and how each referee knows you, ready for every form that asks for two.

The questions that keep coming back

Notice period, driving licence, salary expectations: answer a question once and it is reused on the next form.

New to applying for jobs in the UK?

UK application forms ask things other countries' forms often don't: your right to work and whether you'll need visa sponsorship, GCSE-style qualification tables, equality monitoring, two references and your notice period. They're easy to get wrong on your fifth form of the day.

  • ✓Set your right-to-work and sponsorship answers once, and every form gets the same answer.
  • ✓Your qualifications go into each form’s own tables, subject by subject.
  • ✓Build a UK-style CV and tailor it to each job description.
  • ✓Check every page before you submit: nothing is sent without you.

How it works

Step 1

Add CVCircuit to Chrome

It’s free, and creating your account takes a minute.

Step 2

Fill in your Career Bank once

Your jobs, education, references and the questions UK forms always ask.

Step 3

Open an application and fill it in

Open the CVCircuit panel on the form, fill the page, check it and move on to the next one.

It does the typing. You stay in charge.

Nothing is submitted for you

You check each page and press submit yourself. Unlike apply-to-hundreds bots, nothing goes out without you seeing it.

No made-up answers

Answers come from your Career Bank. If it doesn't know something, the question is left for you rather than guessed.

Declarations are yours

Declarations are only answered if you've switched them on in your Career Bank. Otherwise they're left for you.

Common questions

What does it cost?

Installing is free and includes 5 free Pro actions, so you can try it on real applications. Pro is £23.95 a month or £60.95 every three months, and you can cancel any time.

Does it submit applications for me?

No. CVCircuit fills in the form and you check every page before submitting it yourself.

Which application sites does it work on?

It has been tested on NHS Jobs, Trac, Civil Service Jobs, Workday, Oleeo, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Teamtailor, ApplyGateway. It reads whatever form is on the page, so it also works on many employers' own careers sites.

I'm new to the UK or need visa sponsorship. Will it answer those questions correctly?

It answers them from your Career Bank, so set your right-to-work and sponsorship details there and every form gets the same answer. As with every answer, check it before you submit.

Does it work on my phone?

Not yet. It's a Chrome extension, so it needs Google Chrome on a laptop or desktop computer.

What happens to my data?

Your Career Bank is stored in your CVCircuit account and used to fill in the forms you choose. We never sell your data.
