Civil Service Jobs applications, filled in for you.
Civil Service applications come in parts: eligibility and personal details, diversity questions, then your CV and statements for each vacancy. CVCircuit fills in each part from your Career Bank, and you check it and press submit.

What you chose to share in your Career Bank
Tested on both parts of Civil Service Jobs applications
Part one
- ✓Nationality and right-to-work eligibility
- ✓Your personal and contact details
- ✓Diversity questions
Part two
- ✓Your job history, role by role
- ✓Drafts of behaviour and personal statements (Pro)
- ✓Questions you've answered on earlier applications
Part two only opens once you've submitted part one, and it differs for each vacancy. CVCircuit reads whatever the vacancy asks.
The questions Civil Service forms ask, answered from one place
Fill in your Career Bank once. Every vacancy after that gets the same accurate answers, and you only write what's new.
Eligibility
Nationality and right-to-work questions answered the same way on every application, from your Career Bank.
Personal details
Your name, contact details and address, entered into the right boxes every time.
Diversity questions
Answered only from what you've chosen to share. Otherwise it picks "Prefer not to say" or leaves the question for you.
Your job history
Every role with its dates and responsibilities, entered into the CV section of the application.
Behaviour statements (Pro)
First drafts written against the behaviours the advert lists, from your own experience, for you to edit.
Questions you've answered before
Answer a question once and it's reused when the next vacancy asks it.
How it works
Add CVCircuit to Chrome
It’s free, and creating your account takes a minute.
Fill in your Career Bank once
Your jobs, education, references and the questions UK forms always ask.
Open an application and fill it in
Open the CVCircuit panel on the form, fill the page, check it and move on to the next one.
It does the typing. You stay in charge.
Nothing is submitted for you
You check each part and press submit yourself. Nothing goes to the department without you seeing it.
No made-up answers
Answers come from your Career Bank. If it doesn't know something, the question is left for you rather than guessed.
Your choices stay yours
Declarations are only answered if you've switched them on in your Career Bank, and whether to apply under the Disability Confident scheme is always left for you.
Common questions
Does it fill in both parts of the application?
Yes. It fills in part one: eligibility, personal details and diversity questions. Once you've submitted that, the vacancy's part two opens, and it fills in your job history and drafts your statements there.
Will it write my behaviour statements?
With Pro, it drafts them from your Career Bank against the behaviours the advert lists. Treat them as a first draft: add the detail only you know and check the word limits before you submit.
What does it cost?
Installing is free and includes 5 free Pro actions, so you can try it on real applications. Pro is £23.95 a month or £60.95 every three months, and you can cancel any time.
Does it submit applications for me?
No. CVCircuit fills in the form and you check every part before submitting it yourself.
Does it work on my phone?
Not yet. It's a Chrome extension, so it needs Google Chrome on a laptop or desktop computer. On a phone, you can email yourself the link to open later on your computer.
What happens to my data?
Your Career Bank is stored in your CVCircuit account and used to fill in the forms you choose. We never sell your data.
